Ingredients

100 gallon(s) plain yoghurt
50 gallon(s) mayonnaise
1 tsp green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp watercress leaves
3 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp basil leaves
  salt, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Place yogurt, mayonnaise and salt in a blender and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process again.

Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until slightly thickened and chilled.

Serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
