Ingredients

cauliflower
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
  salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Place cauliflower in a steamer, cover, and steam until tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, dill, olive oil, salt and pepper; whisk well.

Place cauliflower in a serving bowl and toss with dressing. Can be served warm or cold.
