Ingredients

anchovy fillets, minced
450 g mayonnaise
120 ml sour cream
2 tbsp scallions, chopped
2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well, or process briefly in a blender.

Cover and refrigerate to allow the flavours to blend.

Serving suggestion: Serve with assorted crackers and toasts, also good with grilled shrimp.
