Ingredients

Basa fillets, cleaned and trimmed
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
  lemon juice
  salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a bowl combine the mustard, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

Season the basa with salt and pepper and then brush on the mustard mixture.

Grill on high for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
