Oven Braised Pork Loin Ribs

Seasoned with a selection of spices

Ingredients

1 kg pork loin ribs
2 clove(s) garlic
onions
2 tbsp rosemary, ground
1 tbsp thyme, ground
1 tbsp marjoram, ground
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tomatoe puree
2 tbsp soy sauce

Method

Preparation time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Wash and dry ribs, cut them into pieces, each about 2 or 3 bones to a piece.

Put all other ingredients into a blender, pound well and coat the ribs with this mixture. Put the ribs on a roasting tray, place in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes. Turn over a few times and coat with the remaining spice mixture.

Last time, I added 2 tbsp of honey. Delicious!

Besides honey I added two tea spoons of grated ginger and let the ribs marinate for 12 hours in the marinate
