Ingredients

cauliflower, steamed and cut into chunks
6 slice(s) turkey bacon or smoked bacon
scallions, chopped
4 medium eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
80 g mayonnaise
80 ml sour cream
1/4 tsp paprika powder
  salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill before serving.

Leave out the bacon for a vegetarian version.
