Ingredients

230 g flour
100 g butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Sieve together the flour and salt into a bowl.

Cut the butter into 1.5cm cubes and rub lightly into flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add enough water until a soft pastry is formed.

Cover tightly and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

Roll out to the required thickness.

Preheat oven to 190°C and bake until light brown.
