Bread Stuffing

enough stuffing for a 4 to 5 kg turkey

Ingredients per portions

250 g bread crumbs
70 g butter
60 g celery, chopped
40 g onions, chopped
½ tsp poultry seasoning, see databse
½ tsp sage, ground
medium eggs, beaten
  salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  turkey or chicken broth


Method

Sauté onion and celery together in the butter until softened.

Season with salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and combine with bread and eggs in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in broth until well moistened.
