BBQ Corn on the Cob
| 6 | cobs of fresh corn, husks removed |
| 1 tsp | chilli powder or cayenne pepper |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| 2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
| some | salt |
| some | freshly ground pepper |
| some | dried oregano |
| 120 g | butter, softened |
Method
Mix together the chilli, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano.
Blend in the butter.
Apply mixture to the corns and place each onto a large piece of aluminium foil. Wrap and twist the ends to close.
Barbecue, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes until tender.
