Ingredients

4 large kingclip fillet, (ling for the Australians) appr. 250g each
 some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
75 g butter, melted
  For the Yoghurt Sauce
200 ml yoghurt, plain
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 pinch(es) basil, dried
 some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and chill.

Season the fish fillets, brush fillets with melted butter and grill on an oiled grid over medium charcoal for 12-15 minutes.

Serve fish with yoghurt sauce.
