@ kiezkicker

Could you please explain how much in this case a "sachet" of sunflower oil is??
I would say that it's probably 1 or 2 tablespoons, as it is just used to fry some of the ingredients.

Thank you.

Hi Angelika,

1 tablespoon of oil will do.
Have you tried it yet?

Hello Kiezkicker :-)

Almost exactly 3 years on and at last I've made the sauce, and as I said, over the weekend ! What more do you want?

Anyway, following your instructions step by step I made the sauce and the result was perfect. The consistency was as it should be, the taste as well, and of course the ingredients are easy to come by; you don't have to go hunting for all sorts of exotic spices etc.

Anyway, to cut a long story short: it all ended in rather joyful and enthusiastic union between the sauce and stir-fried pork fillet strips and vegetables.

Thanks for the recipe and sorry for the long delay. Photos to prove the truth of my statement are on the way!

Kind regards,
Angelika
