Ingredients

oranges, segmented
red onions, sliced into moons
black olives in blackberry dressing (or plain), pitted and halved
1 bunch(es) fresh herbs, a mixture of italian parsley, basil, rocket or mint leaves
 some black pepper, ground to taste
 some sea salt, to taste
1 dash(es) olive oil
4 piece(s) grilled fish, (hake,sardines, tuna or yellowtail)
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

While the fish is grilling, toss together the oranges, onion, olives, Italian parsley, basil, rocket or mint leaves. Season well, add a splash of olive oil and serve on grilled fish.

Serve with potato wedges.

You can also double the quantities in the salad and serve it as a side salad to other dishes.
