Ingredients
| 800 g | potatoes |
| 500 g | courgettes, small ones |
| 120 g | onions |
| 1 bunch(es) | parsely |
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 125 ml | cream |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| nutmeg | |
| 4 | eggs |
| 4 slice(s) | bacon |
Method
Preparation time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a
Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
Rasp the courgettes, chop the onions and roast gently in the oil.
Add the cream and bring to a boil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mash the potatoes and gradually add the courgette-onion mixture. Add the chopped parsley.
If you like, render bacon and fry an egg per person in the same pan. The mash goes well with meat balls or Bratwurst (German sausage).
