Ingredients

ripe avocados
  potato crisps, crushed
  Italian or French style dressing
  lemon or lime juice
portions

Method

Peel avocados and cut into chunks.

Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice and coat with chosen dressing.

Sprinkle crushed potato crisps on avocados and mix to coat well.

Arrange on serving plate.
