Christmas Stuffing

stuffing is enough for a large turkey, about 7 kg

Ingredients

1 kg sausage meat
shallots, diced
2 stick(s) celery, chopped
8 tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs
50 g almonds
  zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp thyme, finely chopped
3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp allspice, ground

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 1 day 12 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Place all the ingredients in a very large bowl and mix them together. Cover and chill for about 36 hours allowing the flavours to develop.
