Hello,
I have a question about your Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies recipie. You say that I need 190 grams of flour, but what type of flour do I use. Do I use self-raising flour or just normal plain flour? Please get back to me soon.

Thanks,
cookiemonster

This is exactly my recipe, only mine is called : The original Toll House Cookies.. I got the recipe in the UK in 1960 from Americans who said the recipe came from their family, who had once owned a tavern called "The Toll House" somewhere in New England. Then I found the recipe again in a cook book in the 70ies, this time called "The Original American Chocolate Chip Cookie". I think I'm going to google a bit, is interesting.
Regards
Bente
