Ingredients per portions

lean lamb steaks
medium potatoes
 some butter or margarine
 some lettuce
tomatoes, sliced
  salt and pepper to taste


Method

Take 2 lean lamb steaks, place under a preheated grill and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes each side.

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until soft. With a fork mash them and add a little bit of butter or margarine. Add some salt to taste.

Place the steaks on a plate, add potato mash and arrange some lettuce and tomatoes as decoration and to add some colour to you plate.
