Seafood Bundle

Ingredients per portions

onion(s), chopped
40 g butter
400 g seafood mixture, defrosted
50 ml cake flour
150 ml sour cream
1 dash(es) tabasco
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
9 sheet(s) phyllo pastry
100 g butter

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Sauté onion in heated butter until golden. Add seafood mixture and sauté for a few minutes. Stir in flour, add sour cream and simmer until thick. Add Tabasco sauce, salt and parsley.

Place 3 sheets phyllo pastry on top of each other, brush with butter in between and cut into 4 squares. Repeat with the rest of pastry.

Place seafood mixture equally on all 12 squares and bring corners together and press tightly.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Pour 100ml sour cream onto plate, place all 12 bundles onto the cream and garnish with herbs.

Serve immediately as a starter or as a snack at a party.
