BBQ Calamari with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients per portions

300 g calamari
50 ml vinegar
50 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  For the Garlic Sauce:
2 clove(s) garlic, finely choppes
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp seafood spice

Method

Mix vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Clean calamari under cold water, dry with kitchen towel and cut in strips.

Place the strips in the vinegar mixture and marinate for 1 hour.

For the garlic sauce mix together all ingredients. Take calamari out of the marinade and fry on a BBQ gril for a few minutes.

Serve with rice and garlic sauce.
