Kai Toon - Thai Steamed Egg

Method
Chop spring onions, chillies, coriander, and cut the shallot into thin slices.
Whisk the egg, then add all other ingredients, and pour into 2 bowls.
Bring water in the bottom of a steamer to boil, then place the 2 bowls in the upper part. Gently steam for about 30 minutes, do not allow the water to boil!
