Salmon Mousse

Ingredients

150 g salmon, ground
egg whites
5 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp parsely, fresh and chopped
  salt and pepper to taste

Method

Chill salmon, egg white and cream before preparing the mousse. When chilled, place salmon in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Gradually incorporate egg white and cream; blend in parsley. Refrigerate.
