Zucchini Cake
| 250 g | sugar |
| 1 tbsp | vanilla-sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 250 ml | sunflower oil |
| 450 g | flour |
| 3 tsp | baking powder |
| 3 tsp | cinnamon |
| 60 g | grinded nuts |
| 400 g | grinded zucchini |
Method
Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes. Then mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nuts. Add this mixture together with the oil to the first mixture.
Add the zucchini and fill the dough into the greased and flowered baking form and bake at 175°C for approximately 45 minutes.
