No, it's easier to grate the carrot and use a cup measure. Appr. 1cup or 250ml is needed for the cake. A bit more or less makes no difference. I grate the carrot(s) finely, not on the coarse side of the grater, as it gives a better texture. One large carrot should do the trick.Add your own comment
