Ingredients

500 g cucumber, peeled
2 clove(s) garlic, crushed
3 tsp dill, dry or fresh, chopped
10 ml white wine vinegar
 some olive oil
 some white pepper, to taste

Method

Peel cucumbers and cut them into slices. Sprinkle salt over the scices; let stand for 30 minutes.

Rinse in cold water and then press firmly with paper toweling to dry. Add vinegar, garlic, dill, and pepper; combine. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add oil and then toss to combine.
