Ingredients

500 g shrimps, peeled and cooked
orange(s)
avocado(s)
pineapple(s)
1 tbsp orange juice

Method

Chill shrimps.

Cut pineapple lengthwise. Remove core and meat, reserve shell for serving.

Dice pineapple. Peel and section oranges, reserve juice.

Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove seed. Peel and slice avocado, sprinkle with orange juice to prevent discoloration.

Combine pineapple, oranges and avocado. Fill pineapple shells with fruit mixture. Arrange shrimps on top.
