BBQ Dry Rub

For all grilled meats

Ingredients

1 tbsp ground chili powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander, ground
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp allspice, ground
1/2 tsp thyme leaves, dried
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp annato powder

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Where ever possible, grind the spices fresh for a better quality of this mix.

Combine everything in a good sealing jar. Mix the jar and keep in a dry, cool place.

Rub on meat before grilling or mix with some oil and fresh lemon juice for a marinade.
