Crunchy Granola Cake

Ingredients

250 g flour
250 g butter
200 g sugar
eggs
200 g nuts, grated
1 glass(es) apple sauce, chunky
300 g granola, crunchy (no chocolate!)
200 g apricot marmelade, to coat
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine flour, butter, sugar, eggs, nuts and baking powder to a dough. Smear the dough on a buttered baking sheet. Put apple sauce and the granola on top .

Bake at about 180°C for about 25 minutes. After the cake has cooled down, bring water, sugar and marmelade to a boil and coat the cake with it.
