Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled in skins
60 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
450 ml sour cream
60 g green onion, sliced
150 g cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  parsley

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Peel and slice the potatoes while still warm and place them in a mixing bowl.

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper and mix well. Add the sour cream and cucumber and mix again.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss gently but well. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with the parsley.
