Chopped Liver
| 250 g | chicken liver |
| 2 medium | onions, chopped |
| 60 ml | oil |
| 3 medium | eggs, hard boiled, chopped |
| some | salt and pepper |
Method
Fry liver in a frying pan and put aside.
Fry onions and then mix liver and onions in a bowl and chop until very fine (or use food blender). Add the oil and chopped eggs and mix to a thick paste. Season with salt and pepper and chill for about 3 hours.
Serve with Challah or Matzo.
