Baked Zucchini with Cheese
| 2 medium | zucchini, sliced very thin |
| 1 | egg(s) |
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| ⅛ tsp | ground white pepper |
| ⅛ tsp | ground nutmeg |
| 1 | onion, sliced thin |
| 100 g | lowfat cheese, grated |
| oil |
Method
Slice zucchini and drain off moisture.
Combine egg, mustard, pepper, nutmeg, onion and cheese and mix well.
Put zucchini into a lightly oiled casserole and pour mixture over the zucchini.
Bake at 350° F/ 180° C for 40 to 45 minutes.
