Britain has responded to the news that beefburgers on sale in a number of major supermarkets contains more and different meat than what is on the label with the usual British Black Humour..... Tesco are the main butt of this after it was revealed that 29% of the meeting in their beef burgers was actually horsemeat. Now whilst many countries do eat horsemeat, it is not common in the UK...... So here is a selection of current laughs at the situation>>>>>

News reader: "And now for the Mane News of the day.....

Tesco Express (their corner shops) are to be renamed......... Pony Express

Waiter "Would you like anything on your burger, Sir?" Customer "How about £5.00 each way?"

Tesco have commissioned a survey about their frozen food - apparently Gallup Polls will conduct it......

Lidl's beefburgers are to be renamed "My Lidl Pony"

So that vegetarians are not left out, Tesco Vegeburgers now contain Uniquorn.......

A customer goes into Tesco and asked for Value Beefburgers but the Assistants shouted "aaaaaand they're off!"

The latest analysis of Tesco Burgers show lower than expected Beef, but they do contain a lot of salt and Shergar......

"I had a Tesco Burger last night and I still have a bit between my teeth"

"Well I had a Tesco Burger last night and boy did I have night Mares!"

"Tesco taking Beefburgers off their shelves is a bit like locking the stable door after the horse has bolted......."

Well, you have to laugh otherwise you'd shy!,

Any more?
