I was browsing in a Far - eastern grocery this week and found some of these Vietnamese rice and tapioca flour noodles, which are very thick. As usual I was unable to resist getting some and then wondering how and what to use them for afterwards!

Any suggestions as to how long to cook them and what recipes to use then in would be appreciated!

Best wishes,

A.

Making and cooking these is the same as homemade noodles. These look just as easy and delicious these would go well with just about any of the Asian recipes that use noodles. These can also be served well with stir fry or as a side dish. Here is a video I watch on youtube of her making and cooking these noodles Banh canh noodles

I hope this helps and enjoy your noodles.
