What a Ripoff?

Hi everybody,

I was just listening to a concert of Paul Simon & Art Garfunkel, in it the - to me -
not well known "Slip Slidin' Away", dated to 1977.
The melody reminded me immediately of Stings "Every breath you take".
I compared both songs on the Tube, to me ist seems plain plagiarism.

What do you think?

Hi April,

I must admit to not having a clue about the songs, except one a search says that the first was 1977 and the second recorded in Dec 1982, so you choose!
