Haha, didnt really have time to write much in my profile yet, will do soon :) Im a big fan of italian food, but then again who isnt right :P Never been into baking that much, but who knows maybe ill start getting into that too :)

Well, I live in Spain, love cooking, specialize in all sorts of tapas, they are my favourite. Litttle dishes to accompany a glass of wine.
I like fish and seafood, but also a nice bit of meat. Recently I've started baking more, and I also like baking simple bread from time to time.

I also prefer good German cooking, as well as regional Spanish cuisine, all made with good ingredients.
