Hi All,

here is a nice and easy to make recipe from Thailand:

Yum Plah
(2 servings)

1 lettuce heart, chopped
1 onion, sliced
3 stalks Thai celery, cut in 5 cm long pieces
2 spring onions, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 fish fillets
some flour
some oil
2 cloves garlic
4 red chillies (or less)
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
½ to 1 tablespoon sugar

Place the ingredients for the salad on two plates.
Roll the fish in flour, salt it and fry in hot oil. Then cut into pieces and arrange on the salad.
Chop garlic and chillies in a mortar, add fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and season to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.

Enjoy! where is...

Cheers, Dorry
