Hello together,

I don´t know how to grill Pangsiusfiliet, it is the first time for me to ty this fish.

Is their anybody outtheir to try a liitle help world has fallen apart

Hi Andrea,

This one needs a little research...but I think you mustn't grill this fish for too long. Try grilling the fish for only 5 minutes on either side and brush with oil to prevent drying out.

Hey!

As Alexia wrote grill it for a short time, turn over once. Marinade it for a short time in lemonjuice (only shortly, the juice cooks the fish) with salt and pepper.

Maybe you like this recipe ?

Pangasius fillet is also good as a casserole dish. E. g. in tomato- or creamsauce.

@Andrea: I think that's the best way to become better at cooking anything...simply by experimenting and asking for advice of course.

A little bit off-topic: I think I'd try all of frangipani's recipes, just because they have those fabulous pictures! Let's cook baby!
