Help! I accidentally mixed plain flour and caster sugar..... What can I do with it now?

I accidentally mixed 285g of plain flour and 235g of caster sugar when I was baking earlier today. I'm a bit stuck now as to what I can do with this mix, I'd rather not throw it away if possible.

Any advice or recipes are appreciated!

Oh gosh..... let me think...

You could add the rest of the ingredients to make this Shortbread

It might be a lot so why not make the dough and freeze half of it for later?
