I used to think cinnamon was just for a little colour on the rice pudding. Wrong!! Over the last month I've discovered the amazing spice and am searching out new and classic recipes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I found some great ones here www.cinnamonrollsandmore.com but I'm looking for some more cinnamon applied to meals rather than just deserts.

We attended a posh dinner party once, some years ago and the main dish was served by our host with a great flourish - Paprika Pork. Tasting it, all seemed not to be well. There was a silence and guests all looked at each other.

"Oh ****!" said our host oops...blushing , "I really must change that ****** label. enraged and furious I bought a cinnamon refill and put it in an empty Paprika bottle......"

Now I understand why so many pizzas are sold as take - aways.
