You will find the basic idea easily in the net, Pritikin diet . The main aspects are eating no or just slightly processed food, mainly carbohydrates such as vegetables, fruit, cornstarch. The diet should go together with daily aerobic exercise. That does not sound too bad, but as every more or less one-sided diet, you may dislike it after a certain tme, as it is not very tasty. In my opinion the Weight Watchers programme is much more versatile and more suitable for everyday use.
