Hummus and flat bread

is here anyone like to eat hummus and flat bread? non of my friends like it, unfortunately. Here is my rezept

(2-3 persons):
280g chickpeas
50g yoghurt
5g Sambal olek
1 - 2 tabelspoons of oil
1 tabelspoon of citrone
1 spoon salt
3 times garlic (at least)
1/2 tabelspoon tahini
1/2 tabelspoon peanut butter past

and of course flat bread

You really like it . Instead of chicken try some cabbage you will love it .

Not sure I understand your reply - what have chicken and cabbage got to do with Flatbread and Hummus?

What exactly are sambal olek, citrone, and tahini, and where do you buy them? I assume one has to shop for the ingredients at a specialty store.

Hi Blanchas,

Welcome to CU. This is quite an old post!

Sambal Oelek is an East Asian Hot Chilli sauce - you can buy it in Sainsbury's or other Supermarkets in the UK; citrone, I think he meant Lemon juice and Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds and again there are a number of commercial versions available from supermarkets.
