Baked Nectarines

I had a recipe for baked nectarines with raspberries (and I think, brown sugar and brandy or some other liqueur) but I've lost it. Does anyone have a version of this? It is definitely NOT the one with amaretti or the one with marzipan!

If the raspberries are turned into a coulis, it may well be a Paul Rankin recipe that was on some BBC program. Other than that I don't know of one. It does include brandy and, I think, mascarpone.

Thank you - that sounds nice. however - amazing - someone has just given me a link to this, and although when I made it before I used more brandy and more brown sugar (muscavado) this is more or less it. Try it - it's very easy and quite delicious - I just made it tonight. You can use peaches as well.
