Sunday Lunch, one of the favourites of the week.
Today we have roasted rack of lamb, with savoy cabbage and carrots from the garden with potatoes, garden parsnips and Sweet Dumpling squash, roasted in goose fat. Mint sauce and lamb gravy of course. |

This sunday we are just 3 and we had too many meat the last days. So this will be no proper sunday lunch but also delicious: pasta with tomatoes and courgette (preserved in summer, recipe to come), no children today, we will have it rather spicy.
