Good morning,
it gets warmer and wetter - and already the birds start with a small morning choir. So I don't feel for a winter meal and will cook shrimp in fresh tomato sauce with lots of garlic What's on your table today? Cheers Heidi |

Just debating whether to try the 5:2 diet starting today. The 5:2 works on the basis that you have two fasting days a week, not consecutive where women can have 500 calories on a fast day and men 600, otherwise eat normally. There are some scientific trials going on at the moment to test it. So I am looking at Tuesday and Thursday as the days.
I will be looking for some interesting 300 calorie meals, and will put some on here when I identify them, if anybody is interested. Breakfast today looks like porage (or porridge if you prefer!) with apple and probably salmon for meal 2. |

Yes Androcles, you have counted all the days in January, and were looking forward to your first drink.
You must be a very strong person I am quite ill with flu at the moment. Would you believe I couldn't eat yesterday, only a banana. I got up half an hour ago and seem to feel a little better, though quite weak in the legs with lots of aches and pains. But I think I'm feeling a little bit peckish now. I'll raid the fridge for something but won't do any cooking today. |
