I don't think anybody here cooked today laughing out loud Maybe they were all on a diet or something oh well

Anyway, I haven't got round to it till now. I've just put some chicken parts in the oven to roast together with someonopns and potatoes. Simple but delicious.

I'm sure there will be more tomorrow.

Bon apetit and good night

Angelika

Today was another marmalade making day, so a hurried lunch of a fresh baked roll from the village bakery and some home cooked ham from the Butchers wiht some salad.

For dinner, Bangers and Mash, two Butchers sausage, a plain Pork and a fiery Welsh Dragon with mashed potato and peas with sage and onion gravy. where is...where is... - loaded with calories but deserved after making four batches of Seville Orange Marmalade!

Hi Angelika,

The sausages were great..... and we have made nearly 50 jars of marmalade the recipe is in the database here

We eat some ourselves, but mainly we make it to sell for our local library, so we can buy extra books, cds and dvds and fund activities. We do this with cake and marmalade sales, sometimes jam and pickles.

Best wishes

A.

Good morning,

we had leftover rice, so I made a quick pan-fry with the rice, some corn, peas, cauliflower and ham.

Regards
